Rob O’Neill – Managing Director

I have been in the decorating industry since 2007, working through my apprenticeship with a local company in Torquay.

Alongside George I do site surveys and costing. I also ensure our clients experience a high quality service from quote to completion.

In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family and dog, as well as watching and playing football.

George Holman – Managing Director

I have been in the decorating trade for 21 years. My working days consist of supervising large commercial contracts as well as surveying and costing new projects. I take pride in our customer service.

In my free time I enjoy running, playing football and travelling with my family.

Kelly Davies – Office Manager

I joined O’Neill & Holman in April 2019 and work in the office. Part of my role is to handle any enquiries. I strive to make the process as simple as possible from booking in the quote to the booking of the works to ensure it fits in with your schedule. I have worked in customer-based roles for many years and enjoy speaking to new people and building good relationships.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and going on holidays.
